Hospital Employees Stole 9,000 Patient IDs

Two employees of a Florida hospital have been terminated for stealing the identities of 9,000 patients. The thefts took place from January 2012 through May 2014.

The employees stole information such as patient's name, address, Social Security number, phone number, health insurance information and physician names and diagnosis.
