Nat'l Guardsman Stole IDs for DOD Fraud

A recruiting assistant for the Ohio Army National Guard stole identities which he used to obtain money fraudulently from the Department of Defense (DOD) between 2006 and 2011.

The US Army Criminal Investigation Command conducted the investigation.
