DUI Tech Part of ID Theft Tax Fraud Scheme

A Florida Sheriff's Office DUI technician has been indicted for taking part in an identity theft and fraudulent tax refund scheme that operated from 2010 -2013.

This woman, along with three other accomplices, were arrested last month. One of the women was an employee at a Hialeah hospital and she allegedly stole patients' personal identifying information (PII).
